Holders of TamKart credit card can use installment plans of up to 6 months with 0% interest.
17. Can a car be booked for another person?
• You can book a car for a third party, but the vehicle must be picked up by the renter themselves with the original documents.
If the renter cannot be present at pickup, the waybill will be issued to you as the main driver, and you will bear primary responsibility under the contract.
16. What is the policy regarding pets?
• The renter must inform the company in advance if they plan to transport pets in the vehicle.
15. What is not included in the rental price?
The rental price does not include:
• car wash,
• fuel,
• traffic fines,
• parking fees.
14. Can the booking be modified or canceled? Is there a penalty?
• Yes, the booking date/time can be changed or canceled — no penalty is applied.
13. Is there a penalty if the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time?
• If the vehicle is returned more than 1 hour late, an additional fee equal to one full day of rental will be charged.
12. Are there any restrictions on using the rented vehicle?
• It is strictly forbidden to use the rented vehicle for hunting, construction work, off-road entertainment, agricultural activities, transporting heavy loads, or for any commercial purposes.
11. What happens if the renter does not report the accident on time?
If the renter delays or fails to notify the company about the accident, they are required to pay:
• the full cost of the vehicle repairs,
• half of the daily rental fee for each day the vehicle remains under repair.
10. What should the renter do if they get into an accident?
• If the renter is involved in an accident, they must immediately inform the company without leaving the scene.
Company staff will help document the incident and, if necessary, provide another vehicle of the same class.
9. How many waybills can be issued for one vehicle?
• The company can issue up to 4 waybills for one vehicle (for 4 different drivers).
8. Is there a penalty if the renter loses the waybill?
• No, the company does not impose a fine for losing the waybill.
However, if the vehicle is operated without this document, the driver may receive an administrative penalty from the Road Police, as this is prohibited by law.
7. If the renter loses or damages the vehicle documents, are they financially responsible?
According to the contract:
• Loss of the original vehicle registration certificate – 500 USD fine.
• Loss of a notarized copy – 100 USD fine
6. What are the conditions for renting a car without a deposit?
• For citizens of Azerbaijan, a no-deposit rental option is available:
• Deposit Free – for an additional fee of 8–10 AZN per day, depending on the class of the car, it is possible to rent a vehicle without paying a deposit.
5. Is it possible to rent a car without a deposit?
• For citizens of Azerbaijan, renting without a deposit is possible.
By signing the contract, the renter confirms that they are familiar with the company’s pricing, fines, and violation policy, and agrees that any administrative or traffic violations will be penalized in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• For foreign citizens, paying a deposit is mandatory.
4. How is the deposit refunded ?
• The deposit is refunded in during 10 days after the vehicle is returned.

• The deposit amount depends on the car class.
2. Why is a deposit required?
• The deposit serves as a financial guarantee in case of accidents, damages, or fines that may occur during the rental period.
If the renter returns the car in accordance with the rental terms, the full deposit amount is refunded.
1. What documents and conditions are required to rent a car?
• For citizens of Azerbaijan: ID card (age 19+) and driver’s license (minimum 1 year of driving experience; license validity of at least 1 year).
• For foreign citizens: a copy of the passport (page with personal information and the entry stamp) and an international driver’s license (minimum 1 year of driving experience; license validity of at least 1 year).
• Foreign citizens may rent a car with a foreign driver’s license for a period of up to 1 month. For long-term rentals, they must apply to an ASAN Center and obtain a temporary driver’s license of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
